I am a Colombian, born in the big Apple 26 lovely years ago. I very recently moved to NYC from sunny Los Angeles and finally decided to give this blogging thing a try. I love fashion, food, WINE (pass over the Malbec asap), travel, my family... yeah all the trendy stuff and lovely things that this world has to offer. More so, I love myself, or at least im trying to do that more.
The name I AM MINE, comes exactly from that. More than a phrase or a tattoo on my left forearm, these words are a reminder that regardless of the many people we may cross paths with during our life, in the end we're born, we live and we die basically by ourselves; and although that might be a sad and terrifying thought, I welcome it because it invites us to be at peace and happy with who we are, to embrace our awesomeness and lack thereof, but to love the most important being that this world has to offer and that is YOURSELF.
This Blog serves as a little part of my own journey. I promise myself and those who eventually stumble upon these pages to be real. To talk about anything really, my thoughts, feelings, ideas, crazy times with friends, dating (annoyed face emoji) and obviously have a serving of the things I love... yeah fashion and food and you get the deal.
We all deserve to be ours and I hope that this inspires at least one other person to start feeling that way.
